If you don't have time to be at your home or business for the duration of a booking, we can organise a simple pickup and return of the device or alternatively you can drop it off to us here in Goulburn, NSW.

Simply tell us your preference when booking and we'll be in touch to make the handover at a time that suits you.

Depending on the complexity of the task and computer speed, typical jobs can be between 0.5 - 2 hours. In some cases this can be longer.

If you don't have time to be at your home or business for the duration of the booking, we can in some cases take the equipment (PC / Laptop) back to our workshop to complete the work and return it when it suits you.

There is a 1 Hour minimum per visit, charged at $55/hr.

An Australian Tax Invoice, including a work summary will be emailed instantly upon completing the job.
