When you are looking at a black screen on your computer, well 🤯 😱 etc.
This calm, patient, professional sorted a number of issues , two computers, overnight. No question unanswered, clear explainations and suggestions, even happy to be contacted with follow up questions after service.

Recently my computer died on me, and as I am 77 years old I did not want to waste money by having it repaired and having it die again.  I spoke to Ben on the phone and explained what was happening and he explained that the computer was at an age where it was unrepairable and advised that I bought a new one to save the repairs and later a new one anyway.
When my new computer arrived Ben came to pick up the old and the new computers and took them to transfer all my data from one to the other.  He then returned with the computers and explained the new computer operations to me in easy to understand English.
I would recommend 100% if anyone who is looking for an IT person in Goulburn or surrounds to contact Ben as he was most obliging and courteous to me and easy to understand.
